You are an OWNER. Permissions are enforced in Server Actions and PostgreSQL RLS, not only in the interface.
Owner-controlled policy. Remote AI permissions are deny-by-default and never authorize accounting writes.
Only two kinds of operational metadata expire: AI usage records and redacted operational telemetry older than their 90-day expiry. This control deletes only those expired rows for this organization. Journals, source documents, import and provider evidence, run history, approvals, verified reports, and business audit logs have no expiry and are never removed by cleanup. Cleanup runs only when an owner or administrator executes it here; no automatic scheduler is configured in the beta.
These controls create a reviewed request. They do not immediately deactivate the workspace or delete accounting evidence. Organization deletion always requires an explicit operational review. An approved export request is fulfilled as one checksum-verified JSON archive with a manifest of exactly what is included.
