Workbooks hold spreadsheet-style workpapers with revision history. Import a CSV or Excel file, edit values, and export a reviewed revision to Excel, CSV or a new Google Sheet. Workbooks never post to the ledger.

- Edit values; each save creates a revision.
- Export the revision you reviewed.

Who can do this
Owners, admins, accountants and bookkeepers can make changes; managers and viewers can only view.
If something goes wrong
- Export to Google Sheets is unavailable.
- It needs a connected Google account with Sheets access.
