Settings holds the organization's identity, accounting basis and fiscal year, AI privacy permissions, retention periods and the data export. It is also where you switch between organizations you belong to. Appearance (System, Light or Dark) is in the top bar.
Steps
- Update the details and save.
- Choose whether remote AI providers may see summaries or document context.
- Use the organization list to switch organizations.
