Think of FINUXI as a careful assistant: it prepares and checks the work, and you approve anything that changes the books.
FINUXI is an accounting workspace for bookkeepers and small firms. It imports bank activity, helps you categorize and reconcile it, keeps a balanced posted ledger, and produces the Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and AR/AP aging from that ledger.
Steps
- Start on Today to see what needs attention.
- Take the guided tour from the Help button in the top bar, or from the Help Center.
- Import a bank file under Workflows → Imports, then review the rows in Transactions.
- Reconcile the bank account, then read the reports.
What you get
You know where each job lives and how a number on a report traces back to the ledger.
Who can do this
Everyone in the organization can view this page (owner, admin, accountant, bookkeeper, manager and viewer).
If something goes wrong
- I cannot save anything.
- In the public demo every page is read-only: you can explore, preview and validate, but nothing is saved.
Terms used here
- General ledger

- Journal entry
- A dated record of one economic event, made of two or more lines. Total debits must equal total credits.
- Posting
- Making a balanced journal entry final. Posted entries cannot be edited or deleted; a mistake is corrected with a linked reversing entry.
