Some actions, such as posting a reconciliation adjustment, require a recorded approval. Each request shows the operation, its accounting effect and the reason. A decision is single-use, role-checked and audited.
Steps
- Open a pending request.
- Review the effect and evidence.
- Approve, reject or cancel.
What you get
Approved operations can proceed; the decision is on record.
Who can do this
Owners, admins and accountants can approve or reject; bookkeepers can request.
If something goes wrong
- I cannot approve my own request.
- FINUXI allows it so one-person firms can operate; if your process requires a second reviewer, ask a colleague to decide.
Terms used here
- Approval
- A recorded decision by an authorised person before a consequential action, such as posting a reconciliation adjustment.
