AP aging lists approved vendor bills with a due date, minus linked bill payments, grouped by days past due. In a reconciled ledger the total equals the Accounts Payable balance.
Steps
- Read the bucket totals to see what is overdue.
- Filter by bucket or search for a vendor.
- Open a bill to see its source document and payments.
What you get
You can plan payments and spot bills that are overdue.
Who can do this
Everyone in the organization can view this page (owner, admin, accountant, bookkeeper, manager and viewer).
If something goes wrong
